One more day of work, then I'm off until the 2nd January, so looking forward to that, as I haven't had a week off over xmas since college . Not really feeling the xmas vibe yet, but I am sure that will change

Ok, so there's this guy who works in my local shop and he is so good looking, but I can't approach him or tell him for 2 reasons; 1 is that I'm 16 and he's about 18 or 19 and 2 is that he's probably straight!! Whenever I think about not being able to EVER talk to him or approach him always makes me really depressed and angry at myself and then I'm in a bad mood for the rest of the day!! Does anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this or get over it?? Any suggestions welcome!!

Hi Dan welcome to GS. You can always start up a conversation with him, there's no harm in that. Find out what his interests are and if he's not gay you may still end up making a friend.

All but one of my xmas presents were delivered and one got one more tomorrow to take to a family member. I didn't get the phone today I thought I was but Im now getting the mobile I actully wanted in the first place the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, cost a little more a month than the other phone I was looking at and it came with a free pair of beats ep (Apple) headphones, not a huge fan so might sell them on eBay.

it is quiet a contradiction isn't it. The season that we are supposed to be grateful for all we have and love and appreciate all those around us....unless you work in customer service or retail.

I have always said that those that work in customer service cop almost a years worth of abuse in the week of Christmas.

Sorry [MENTION=16113]Dan1980[/MENTION] and [MENTION=18997]matty7[/MENTION]. I've calmed down now. It's a bit of a long story but basically someone had made plans for me Xmas Eve without asking me and said me and some friends could all exchange presents, when we've never exchanged presents before and I've got no chance now to buy anything. I sound like a right Scrooge lol but I have so much to do Xmas Eve including baking three desserts!!!!
