As others have said, for some guys going online on apps like Grindr right after the break up means he probably broken up with you on his mind long time before, or he's avoiding his own feelings. And yes it sucks to know that the person the one time asked you for monogamy and commitment is behaving this way.
Sometimes I wonder why guys with monogamy values and morals end up with unstable men that eventually find out they're not "ready"! wow it makes you realize there's something wrong inside his head, not yours... but well, just be strong on what you believe in, get rid of the stress and... maybe he gets to change (extremely hard but not impossible) or big chances that you finally meet the Man you need
