Was i wrong?? And does she has the right to be mad at me??

No, you did not do anything wrong.

HOWEVER, I am amazed that you have gotten to adulthood and not learned that two sisters against one brother is a foolproof recipe for male defeat.

Ok finally..
Some excitement on this site...
I had to do some mudslinging to provoke ya'll but here we are.

Let me give you a realistic response...
Opening the door to a seemingly kind stranger...telling him a lie on behalf of someone else ..then milking his kinness would totally break my heart if I were you or the kind stranger.
Where I come from they call that shade.

It could have gone differently...

1) you could have told her to be respectful...handle her own affairs.. and step away.
2)When I tie my shoe laces.. I don't go to public forums to ask if I was wrong.
I know the right thing to do is to tie my shoe laces after I put my shoes on..or i'll probably fall.
3) I am old enough to know everything based on the "tiniest" lie will lead to bigger lies.
4) Read your opening post...The reason you did not want to get involved ?...You knew it was an awful thing to do to someone.
5) Why didn't she pick up the phone and say .."I'm sorry.. I have to cancel " ?
Come on dude!
She hatched out a bullshit plan that she didn't have the balls to execute and you got involved..
It would hurt you if someone did that to you ... you know it.??

Here's an experiment to figure out if what you did was wrong..

The next time you see Mr. Fire Fighter tell him everything that happened.. what are the chances he would be hurt?

Anyhoo..
I am fun at dinner...
And I put out!

You taught your sister a lesson, never to rely on you for her stupid drama anymore. She probably was sitting at home all evening, fuming, that you went on her date and since she doesn't like gays, having the weirdest ideas of what was going on between you and him. So, I can understand why she was pissed when you came back, but she made her bed.... and that is not your problem.

Don't ever mention this to her again, unless she brings it up. If she does, she needs to apologize to you.

Happy for you, that you had a nice evening.

Being gay is not for Sissies.

Have ever mentioned that I have two older sisters? When we were kids they referred to themselves as "Co-Goddesses of the Universe". I'm not entirely sure they were kidding.

And then when I was 14 ... another sister was born. At 17, I moved out! :-D

I actually get along fine with them, but your mantra rang true many times when we were growing up.

Next time Daneph needs a ride drop him off at the corner, or call him an Uber.

The implication is that absolutely everything that happened after he lied to the guy was a continued deception. That he somehow misled this guy into taking him out for dinner and drinks. In fact, you sort of make it sound like he snuck the guy away from a date with his sister and took the date for himself. But that's not at all how it spooled out.

Oh and when they break up, which they inevitably will, you can date him or even just be friends, and drink a toast to her for introducing you.

You know Lex...I actually came up with the same theory last night while at work because although like I've mentioned in my post...he was very nice, very humorous and charming....and yet...I sensed that he was very happy about meeting me and yet spending some alone time with me.....and his body language spoke in volumes to say the least....so...I really think you could be onto something....thanks a lot for your response to my post...JS

No...ShiftyNJ...no matter how hot he is...I would never do that...one of my other sisters had a guy whom she broke up with and a year later....I saw him at one of the local gay clubs and he was coming on to me big time ....needless to say...I decline all of his advances...too close to home for me...JS

Your sister started a game, you got on board and claimed innocent, while lusting after her date?

Not only do I find the story odd, and very "Days of our lives",I find the behavior of all characters involved except your sister's date to be very odd.

You on the other hand are very calculating.

I bet you $1000 if this gentleman was not aesthetically pleasing...
you would have declined to go out with him.

Let me open your eyes for a bit. the spawning of your friendship with this gentleman is based on pure deception.

You should have not open the door. you should not have gotten involved.

First and foremost...let me just say that I appreciate your response although you are totally way out of pocket with it. ...nonetheless...you are entitled to that opinion and that's part of sharing things on a forum ...you open yourself up to receive all kinds of responses/comments although you are very much aware that they are totally inaccurate...but I still thank you for taking time out to do so...JS
