Are you into men much older than you, or much younger than you?

Cobalt You know that saying (I guess you could call it that?) that somewhere on the planet there exists a clone/identical twin of you?

We also started off as a ling distance relationship. We had been using MSN together for months before I took the train to see him. I spent the weekend at his place. Like you, we were exclussive before even meeting. It was mostly me visiting him. I was living with my parents and he had a lovely house, even if it was 7 hours away. After 2,5 years of long distance agony I moved in with him. Since then we've moved 3 times. It has been nearly 9 years since I logged onto silverdaddies on that fateful night and found my husbear.

It is neat seeing some parallels between our relationships, Cuddly. We emailed each other for a few weeks until I finally got up the courage to finally just give him my number where we started sending each other texts throughout the day. Eventually we called each other and talked every night, a habit we kept up every night (with few exceptions) for the whole year we dated. I moved in with him last June and we've been happy since. Eventually we may move but we'll stay in town, getting another house is something we occasionally chat about from time to time.

I prefer men around my age, as it seems we have more in common, but at the same time I do believe age is a number and wouldn't rule out someone older or younger, even by several years.

Slightly....+/- 3-4 years for the most.

I'd say +10 years, -5 ish for me generally. For a relationship anyway.

Glad to hear I can be an inspiration. Anyone can be in a relationship I believe, it's just a matter of finding the right one to be in it with.

So, I am in good company with Madonna being 55 and her current beau being 22... roughly the same age difference as my boyfriend and I.

Good to see that there are lasting committed relationships with that much age difference.

I am 48. Realistically I would not be in a relationship with someone under 35, but most of my woofs go our to guys in their mid 20s. In my case, I believe it has to do with my missing out on those 36 years of relationships while closeted. I am not opposed to play with younger guys, but I could not develop a LTR with one. Of course, being in rural Maine, the options are few either way.

Me, myself since I had children very early I make it a rule not to see anyone near their age. I am seeing someone 8 years older and there are a few differences in that short age difference. I have seen someone my age. I say you can't help who you fall for chemistry is chemistry after all.
