The Closet

I have deep respect for anyone who is out because it is a life-changing decision many homosexuals have to make. A lot of people never leave the closet (hopefully I will not be one of these people) because they have to decide if something like freely exercising their sexual preference is worth more than the reaction from work, family, friends, society, etc. . I hope one day our future generation doesn't have to even go through such a decision and that the phrase "in the closet" becomes non-existent.

The only way I'm going to leave the closet is if I move to another country. I've thought about coming out many many times, to a lady I work with that knows a few gay men. But I decided not to, because she has a problem about not keeping secrets.
