漢字はとってもむずかしなんだよ、少なくとも私にはね。

I can somehow remember the shape of some kanji, so it's easier for me to use them when typing as the computer gives automatic suggestions, but to write them on my own, only very few words I could remember. I will take forever to give a proper reply, lol!

I'm completely patient hun, I'm not a native speaker either, so I know it takes time sometimes, tho in my case, I tend to just get side tracked by things and respond late myself x.x

But talking may help improve your speed a lil . I'm currently working on just Transliterating things quickly back and forth, so If I had to repeat what you said in English, I would be slower;

But I say exasperated, because it seemed a lil frantic... or a better phrase "quick to shy away", which I did get, because that happens in Japanese when you want to correct or remind someone of a short coming (atleast I've noticed)
