Whenever I have a feeling like yours, I watch a TED talk given by Amy Cuddy. I also brought her book: Presence. I'm not sure how others react to the talk; I'm hopeful every time after listening to her experience about car crash leading to drop in IQ.
Regular exercise helps both physical and mental health. I usually go jogging or do a 40min workout at home following a video by FitnessBlender in Youtube. (just suggestion)
