Check 'Unhung Hero'.
It's a doc about this straight guy who proposed to his girlfriend in a
basketball game in front of everyone and then got rejected. Later on his
girlfriend tells him she rejected him because of his penis size.

I hope I didn't response to this before...The responses on the second page about not being a victim are more important than the direct answer to your question... I would possibly recommend learning about the language of a creator vs. victim... I was taught it in an elective I took this year...
Penis side is tricky for me because it's never a turn on, but could potentially be a turn off. If it's 1cm long I'm not going to like it. If it's 10 feet long I'm going to be scared of you. Normal is fine.
There are people who like both of the above. My opinion is subjective in this area, not objective. This means I can't say what is good or what is not, only what I like personally. There is literally a person out there that likes anything... which is inspiring or terrifying depending on how you look at it.
I hope this stops being an issue for you soon.

With your birthday coming up why not plan a gift to yourself. Less "you" and more "others"? Research local LGBT resources, find a social function organized just for LGBT support and attend or become involved.
If no one else knows you intimately as you've portrayed here then nobody will have a chance to either challenge your self-imposed barriers/excuses or support you through your quest to heal some of your "brokenness" and chart a course toward a happier, healthier you.
My main point is that what I see you doing is an attempt to hold a premise that you can change or fix yourself alone. That, my friend, is the antithesis of the relationshipping you crave.
Life's too short to miss an opportunity to show your love and affection!
