Are you into men much older than you, or much younger than you?
#11
Here in Florida .. when I was in my 20's I saw mostly older / younger couples...

Now In my thirties..I see mostly couples closer in age ..

Oddly enough. . I get hit on by much older or much younger..

Guys that are my age have a hard time figuring out my age ...
Maybe hogging the sandbox at the park is not a good Idea anymore..

To be honest, I do not have enough data to reply. I recently signed up on a couple of dating sites to see who was out there and I find myself most attracted physically by faces that are younger than mine. On the other hand, if they get much older they will be framed by the sides of their coffins.

I am irked to find that both of the sites I am viewing seem not to have much of anyone in my area listed. A hundred miles is a long drive for a cup of coffee.

I find myself being attracted to men who are slightly older than me. The things I find attractive about men outside of their physical appearance include them being ambitious, driven, empowered, confident, responsible, level headed, organized, has a job, has a plan... those sorts of traits. I like spending my time with people in general who inspire me, push me forward, and who I can really look up to as role models. I don't really think of myself as having daddy issues, but as the youngest of 6 siblings, I've always been surrounded by people older than me, and I guess its a role I feel very comfortable in.

Because I am fairly young myself, men that are much younger than me border more into boys than men, and I'm not into that mentality or that body type either. Plus in my (limited) experience, a lot of 19, 20, 21 year olds haven't yet developed a lot of those personality traits I find attractive. The cute twinky party boy look doesn't attract me.

On the other side, I'd have a lot of reservation about entering into a serious relationship with a man in his 40s or older. Not because I don't find them to be attractive, but because if I'm thinking long term about it, I want us to be able to grow old together. I have nothing against spending time with a guy who has lived a long and interesting life, actually I really like hearing the experiences of older gay men who grew up in such different times than the one I have / am growing up in. But I'd rather the man that I dedicate my life to is one who is in relatively the same phase of life as I am so that we can share life experiences together.

I very rarely go out to bars or clubs, but when I do and when I'm looking to meet a guy and just have fun, its not like I'm asking how old anyone is. Some younger guys are really physically attractive to me as are some much older guys.

I can see that as continuous and complete with what I already know about you... except for the bodies buried in back yard.

It's a two way street. My hubby is getting a few WHITE hairs in his ink black head hair at 30.... UGH! OMG! I can give no explanation for that being a huge ass turn on. He wants to dye them but so far I've talked him out of it.

Fuggggggggg. I have no explanation for it but since this freaky Friggonian moved here in December salt and pepper hair has become a major league fetish. It defies logic. He wants to dye ir but I keep talking him out,of it. fugggggggg.

Note well I cropped out the junk in the bottom of the safe.

Age never really mattered to me prior to Gideon, maybe because I wasn't looking for a relationship, so.... it just didn't matter yeah?

THEN I got with Gideon. and he rewired me for relationships yeah? So, now? Age still wouldn't mater, but the ability to keep up with me would. If someone could do that, whether they were 20 or 70 I wouldn't care. But they have to be able to keep up (I'm not referring to only sexually, either).

Fortunately, I don't have to worry about that. I have Gideon, and he's more than capable to the task. Smile
