The Switch with Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston.
very human, and realistic portrayal of the whole story. it centered around one of the contemporary problems some people face, not finding a partner, wanting a kid, being a certain age to feel like the time is running out to have all that, etc. it had a very humanizing perspective on artificial insemination, maybe something that is still a bit strange in our time. we're an increasingly technology-assisted civilization, and the trend will only increase not die down. and it's a natural progression of our life.
but the film was way more than that. there are a lot of funny moments and nothing felt contrived. genuine and worthwhile entertainment.

watched Gone Girl , not usually my style of film but I was bored , not bad at all with some nice twists - little bit too long for my liking, hate sitting still for longer that hour n half
